When should we arrive for our reservation?

Your reservation time is your check-in time. Please arrive 5 minutes early. Late arrivals for public tours will lose their spot and private tours will lose precious time on the bike.

What should we bring with us?

You don’t need to bring something special.

Who drives the drink bike?

Have no fear, an experienced and trained Drink Bike Pilot will drive the bike

Should we tip the staff?

The Staffs do work for tips and aim to provide an excellent experience for our guests! It is always greatly appreciated for a job well done!

How many people can ride?

We can fit a maximum of 12 passengers on board the bike, but require a minimum of 4 people to pedal the drink bike. We will notify you 24 hours in advance if the tour cannot be confirmed and will issue a refund if that is the case. We recommend being flexible with the time so that we can pair you up with other groups to reach the minimum needed! Individuals or groups that are too small to be confirmed MAY be bumped to another time in favor of a confirmed private group and we will notify you if that occurs. In that case, you will have the option of getting a refund or changing times.  

Is there an age requirement?

Infants and children who require a car seat will not be allowed on board the drink bike. Children under the age of 8 may be required to sit on the back bench with the seat belt on.

Where do we start and end?

Our locations are very close to where the tour operates. The meeting spot for the tours is included in the confirmation email that you will receive after making your reservation.

Is it really pedal powered?

Unfortunately no. For safety reasons we have chosen to add a petrol engine.

Do I need a reservation to ride?

No but you need to buy a ticket, which you can make through our online booking sytem, our meeting point in Ubud or by calling us. We recommend planning ahead as we are often booked in advance for popular weekend time slots!

I didn’t receive an email after making my reservation. Help!

Never fear! Just give us a call and we will verify that we have the correct email address on file to send you a new one.

Can I cancel or change my ticket?

No shows or same-day cancellations will not receive a refund. Rescheduling options may be available. If you are removed from the bike at anytime during the ride, you will be responsible for monetary reimbursement of the other riders on your bike.

What is the weather policy?

We ride rain or shine, but for safety we cancel if there is lightning or other severe weather. Don’t worry — you won’t be pedaling around in a monsoon! If we have to cancel the reservation based on severe weather conditions, you will receive a 100% refund or rain check for another date.

Please dress appropriately for predicted weather conditions. Weather cancellations are not made until right before your reservation’s scheduled start time, as weather can be unpredictable.

What should I wear?

Please dress appropriately for predicted weather conditions. We do recommend closed-toed shoes for comfort though it is not required. We also recommend not wearing high heels or long, flowing dresses!

Someone in my group can’t pedal. Can they still ride?

If you have someone in your group that can’t pedal, no problem!

Is it obligatory to wear a helmet?

Wearing a helmet is optional. Riders that do wish to wear a helmet must bring their own.

Can i drink alcohol on board the drink bike?

Yes. We aim to provide an amazing time, but your safety is our #1 priority! DO NOT arrive for your party already intoxicated or service may be refused without a refund.
